Here at Top Gun Aerospace Consulting (TGAC) we do not nickel and dime our customers but provide a practical pricing program to fit your needs. Our packages are fixed cost to save you money (Excluding travel outside of the consultant's area of residence). Our flexable cost solutions provide you with 30 day, 6 or 12 month packages of unlimited consulting services. You have unlimited access to our consultants via, phone and email anytime, anywhere. No charge for travel cost if the consultant is within 90 miles of your location based on the scheduled return dates identified in the Project Road Map for success that we'll provide free of charge.

Full System Management Consulting
We offer certification preparation, training, documentation review, and everything needed to be ISO 9001, AS9100, AS9110, AS9120 and NADCAP certified.
Activities include but not limited to:

3. CHECK - Conduct and document an onsite Pre-Certification Readiness Internal Audit.

5. Act as Company’s liaison during Certification Audit and assist with clearance of any NCR’s issued during the course of the Certification Audit. (If contracted to do so)
Internal Audits
We'll conduct Internal Audits of your Quality Management System in order to identify any deficiencies or improvements within the Quality Management System. Evaluate current, actual performance and the improvement efforts necessary to meet your certification of choice.
We can conduct your internal audits if you have a shortage of internal resources or just want a continuous check of your QMS.

In most cases, most companies are becoming NADCAP certified due to mandated customer requirements, but we also see customers who are getting certified to get the edge in the market. Achieving NADCAP certification not only shows you are committed to improving process controls and customer satisfaction within your QMS, but you will be increasing consistency in the quality of your product shipped.
ISO 9001 and AS9100 do not go far enough to meet the requirements in heat treating, painting, welding, coatings, NDT and many other NADCAP processes.

Option 3: Top Gun Aerospace Consulting recognizes that our clients needs are not one size fits all. Maybe you are familiar with the standard and just need some expertise in certain areas of your QMS. You now have a choice of selecting those specific areas you would like Top Gun Aerospace Consulting to assist you with.
